work in progress

I'm a disciple of the God of the Bible, a husband of a great wife, a pastor of a growing church, and very much a work in progress in all these areas... and whatever role I may add on in the future (I'm hoping to be a father soon). Knowing that I am God's workmanship, I have to remind myself not to keep repeating the same mistakes and become the work of art that will display the glory of my God. Knowing that I am created to do good works which He prepared in advance for me to do, I have to keep my focus and sharpen my skills to be effective, efficient and excellent in doing what I'm destined to do.
